All products within the 30-day window will follow the stipulations below:
- The item received is defective. In this instance, a replacement or a full refund (Custom Duties included if required) will be covered by ArmadaDeals.
- The item received functions correctly but is unwanted for any reason. In this instance, the customer assumes responsibility for any and all postage, packaging costs and custom duties in returning the item back to the seller.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to approve the return within 30 days. After the 30-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to ArmadaDeals.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in the same condition and packaging you received them. Our Distribution Centre Team assesses every item that is returned to us. If the product is not returned in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused.
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. Once your returned items have been received, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
